Application scope:
Wesbond 9030 is a room temperature cured single component dealcoholized silicone sealant. This product has high strength and good adhesion, and has good adhesion to various metals such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc; Superior electrical performance, good heat resistance, generally used within a temperature range of -60 ℃ to 200 ℃. During the curing process, alcohol substances are released, which are non corrosive to materials such as polycarbonate (PC) and copper, fully complying with the EU ROHS directive requirements.
Typical use:
Adhesive and sealing of lamp glass.
Adhesive and reinforcement of electronic components (fixing of lamp head components).
Insulation, sealing, leakage resistance, moisture resistance, and shock resistance of electronic components.
The mutual bonding, sealing, and waterproofing between aluminum, baked paint, and glass.
Fixed LED bulb driver.

instructions:
Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the adhered or coated material and remove rust, dust, oil stains, etc.
Glue application: Unscrew (or peel off) the cap of the rubber hose, squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, and distribute it evenly.
Curing: Place the glued or sealed components in air to allow them to naturally cure. The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the interior. Within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the adhesive will cure to a depth of 2-4mm. If the application position is deep, especially in areas that are not easily exposed to air, the complete curing time will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. It takes more than 7 days for the 6mm thick sealant to fully cure.
matters needing attention:
After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be immediately tightened with a cap and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use. During the storage process, there may also be a small amount of solidification at the mouth of the adhesive. After removing it, it can be used normally without affecting the product performance.
Packaging specifications:
300ML/tube, 25 pieces/box.
