Thread Locking
Note: Under the condition of a relative temperature of 55-65% at room temperature of 22 ℃, the M10-2 bolt nut was treated with surface phosphating without clamping force and cured for 24 hours.
Application:
Weisbang thread sealant 2063, commonly known as thread sealant, is suitable for most metal surfaces, with medium to high strength, thixotropic viscosity, and good chemical resistance. It is used for long-lasting locking and sealing of threads below M26. It has good rust and corrosion resistance in poor chemical environments, lubricity, and can accurately convert torque.
Weisbang thread locking adhesive 2063 is widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, hardware, metallurgy, etc. for locking, sealing, holding, bonding, shock resistance, leak sealing, and corrosion prevention. For example: cylinder head bolt locking, car cabin bolt locking, excavator rotary support seat fixing bolt locking, high-pressure fuel pump bowl shaped plug (plug) sealing, differential bolt locking.
Instructions
To achieve good performance, the surface needs to be clean and free of grease. The bolts need to be coated with sufficient adhesive to fill all mating threads. This product works well in thin adhesive layers below 0.05mm. The larger clearance between oversized threads can affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction generated during assembly (torque tension ratio). In applications where the thread needs to be tightened to a critical value, this ratio should be determined in advance.
Storage conditions
Unless otherwise indicated on the label, the ideal storage conditions for this product are sealed in a cool, dry place at 8 ° C-28 ° C (46 ° F-82 ° F). The optimal storage temperature range is 8 ° C-18 ° C. To avoid contaminating the original adhesive, do not pour any adhesive back into the original packaging
