Application:
Weisbang 2043 thread locking agent, commonly known as thread glue, has medium strength and thixotropic viscosity. It is particularly suitable for locking and sealing M20 and below thread fasteners with slight oil stains on the sealing surface. It is recommended to have excellent locking and sealing effect on M20 and below threads.
Thread locking adhesive 2043 is widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, hardware, metallurgy, etc. for locking, sealing, bonding, shock resistance, leak sealing, corrosion prevention, etc.
For example, the installation screws of internal combustion engines are sealed and locked, the axle bearing cover nuts are locked, the oil pump and water pump plugs are sealed, the industrial sewing machine bolts are locked, the transmission bolts are locked, and the hydraulic torque converter oil passage plugs are sealed.

Fill all mating threads. This product works well in thin adhesive layers below 0.05mm. The larger clearance between oversized threads can affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction generated during assembly (torque tension ratio). In applications where the thread needs to be tightened to a critical value, this ratio should be determined in advance.

Storage conditions
Unless otherwise indicated on the label, the ideal storage conditions for this product are sealed and stored in a cool, dry place at 8 ℃ -28 ℃. To avoid contaminating the original adhesive, do not pour any adhesive back into the original packaging.
